Information for Authors
The iCETS 2012 volume editor, usually from a conference committee or editorial board members, will advise you about the preparation of your contribution to the iCETS 2012 publishing manuscript at Springer LNBIP/CCIS volume.
The timely preparation of camera-ready manuscripts requires special care. The following are downloadable the instruction files (e.g. Word files templates, sample files, checklists for your final package, etc). Please carefully read the instructions below, and download the relevant files for your paper submission.

Please submit the following to the iCETS 2012 on-line on EasyChair Conference System or mail us at icets@cebacanada.org. (e.g., to your conference committee contact, not to the Springer editorial office):
- (a) Completed copyright form.
- (b) Source (input) files: (i) For example, PDF/JPG files for all figures. (ii) Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN. (iii) Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX) and/or (iv) Final PDF file (for reference). (v) RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
Our Volume Editor will collect the copyright forms from the authors (one author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper) and to send them to Springer. We accept scanned copyright forms as well as digital signatures. All copyright forms must be present and correct.
The texts in all files must be identical. The iCETS 2012 editors will check the contributions, decide in which order they shall appear in the printed volume and will send the complete material on to Springer for publishing.
