Dr. Marc Adam
Dr. Marc T. P. Adam (adam@kit.edu) is head of the research group Financial and Retail Markets at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Institute for Information Systems and Management, Germany. He received a diploma in computer science from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg in 2006 and a Ph.D. in economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in 2010. His research interests include economics of information systems, NeuroIS, consumer behavior, and the design of electronic markets. In his research, he investigates the interactions of rational and emotional processes in electronic markets by measuring psychophysiological parameters.
